OPENING The same as Upper 1.
CIRCLE DOWN
ACTION 1: Unclench the hands with the palms down. Turn the palms up.
ACTION 2: Turn the palms down. Cross the arms, bringing them down past the knees in front of the body.
ACTION 3: Raise the arms to reach straight up above the shoulders. Get the arms really over the head, do not leave them in front of the body.
ACTION 4: Continue to circle the arms, bringing the hands back out to the side with the palms up.
Repeat actions 2-4 five or six times.
CLOSING The same as Upper 1.
