OPENING The same as Upper 1.

ACTION 1: Unclench the hands with the palms down.
ACTION 2: Bring the arms in, staying at chest height, until they cross in front of the body. Open the upper back and keep the arms stretched forward.
ACTION 3: Circle one hand up and the other down. Keep the arms straight to ensure that the upper back is opened. Circle until both hands arrive back out to the sides. The arm that circled up is now palm up. The arm that circled down is now in a hook with the hook turned over to point up. Do a full movement, but do not lose the centered body.
Repeat actions 2-3 five or six times.
CLOSING The same as Upper 1.
